Please review the following basic terms that govern your use of and purchase of products from the A Classy Closet web store. Please note that your use of the A Classy Closet web store constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by those terms.

We may, from time to time, change the terms that govern your use of A Classy Closet. Your use of the A Classy Closet web store following any such change constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by the terms as changed. We may change, move or delete portions of, or may add to, our web store from time to time.

SITE SECURITY

Any personal information given to A Classy Closet will be protected. Your information will not be disclosed to any third parties. A Classy Closet site server will secure your personal information with the latest firewall and encryptions during your ordering process.

METHOD OF PAYMENT

A Classy Closet accepts payment in the form of Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.

PRODUCT INFORMATION

A Classy Closet products displayed on the site are available while supplies last. In some cases, merchandise displayed for sale at the site may not be available in-store at A Classy Closet Boutique. The prices displayed at the site are quoted in U.S. Dollars and are valid and effective only in the United States.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

Although we make every effort to keep sufficient stock of items listed on our site, occasionally we do sell out of certain products and sizes. We cannot guarantee product availability and products, nonetheless, may not be available for immediate shipment. We reserve the right, without liability or prior notice, to revise, discontinue, or cease to make available any or all products or to cancel any order. If there is any revision, discontinuance, or cessation, we may, at our discretion, ship products which have substantially similar functionality and specifications to the products ordered or cancel your order. If we are out of stock on an item you have ordered, we will notify you via e-mail. Any changes will be reflected in your order total as well as your shipping confirmation.

ORDER STATUS

You will receive an order confirmation once your order has been successfully submitted. You can always check the status of your order by signing into “My Account” and then selecting the option order status/history. This screen will let you know if your order has been fulfilled, shipped, or if it is being held.

PRICES, SHIPPING & HANDLING CHARGES

All prices include charges for shipping and handling or taxes. We package and ship orders Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
All orders are shipped via our preferred courier service. Please allow up to 10 business days for the transit time of your merchandise. If you still have not received your purchase after 10 business days, please notify customerservice@aclassycloset.com.

Additional Information 

  • Processing time does not allow for any issues that may occur during payment authorization.
  • All shipments are pending credit card approval and merchandise availability.
  • Delivery time includes one business day for processing. Orders are processed Monday-Friday, excluding holidays.
  • All communication regarding order status is done via email, and you will receive an email confirmation at the address listed in your AClassyCloset.com account.

Lost, Stolen or Damaged Merchandise

A Classy Closet will make every effort to package orders in a way to ensure they are delivered intact; however, A Classy Closet is held harmless if an order is damaged in transit.

ACCB is not responsible for lost or stolen items; however, if your order does not arrive on the date specified by the courier, please contact us at customerservice@aclassycloset.com. Include your order number, tracking information with the delivery date and delivery address reflected, a copy of your complaint filed with the courier service and their response to settle your claim. We cannot guarantee that items purchased will be in stock, but if available, we will replace your order. If items are out of stock, we will send you like items of equal value.

Interruption of Shipping Service

A Classy Closet is not responsible for any interruption or delay of shipping service due to causes beyond our control, including, but not limited to: inclement weather; courier delivery failure; the unavailability or refusal of a person to accept delivery of the shipment.

RETURN/Exchange POLICY

All sales are final. Due to the special nature of our merchandise, we cannot accommodate exchanges or returns. A refund will be issued for orders A Classy Closet is unable to fulfill.
