Returns/Exchange Policy

You may return new, unused and unopened items with tag affixed within 7 days of delivery for a store credit that can be used in our online store only. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). A FULL store credit will ONLY be issued for items that have been inspected and determined to be in new condition. Customers who return damaged items will NOT receive a store credit of any kind and will not receive the damaged item back unless postage is paid by the customer. The customer is responsible for all costs associated with size exchanges.


You are subject to the Return/Exchange Policy of A Classy Closet LLC. All purchases are FINAL SALE. Store credits are issued for new/unused items returned within 7 days of delivery. Purchaser MUST create an account at to use store credit. The return will be challenged and photographed if the item(s) returned is damaged in anyway.


You should expect to receive your refund within 2-4 weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to inspect and process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). Shipping We only ship within the United States. When you place an order, login to your account on our website for tracking information. We normally ship within 1-3 days of your placing your order. We are not responsible for delays in shipping due to 3rd party carriers.
